While I was in Siem Reap, Cambodia, I received an invite to be part of a travel blog event organized by Digital Innovation Asia. The 3-day conference was held in Bangkok, Thailand on June 10-12, 2013.
During the whole conference, Pullman Hotel G was my host hotel. It's located in the heart of Silom, Bangkok Business Center with an easy access to the city's skytrain (BTS ' Chong Nonsi Station).
Hotel Exterior
From the time I arrived in front of the hotel, I was greeted by a friendly securities and staffs and assisted me to the reception area. The lobby area is quite small and has minimalistic design compared to the typical 5-star hotels. But it's clean and the interior is pretty good. The hotel lobby has a lemon grass scent which I find relaxing.

After giving my passport to the receptionist, he asked for a security deposit amounting to THB6,000 (US$200) which I was able to get in full when I checked out. Alternatively, the hotel also accept credit card instead of cash for security deposit.
Reception Counter
After completing the registration, the receptionist explained necessary details that I need to know during my stay in the hotel and told me that my room was in 23rd floor and handed me the key card for my room.
Each elevator has big screen which I find entertaining while you are inside on your way to chosen floor.

The corridor is very clean and well lit with warm tone lights.

When I entered the room, I was greeted by a breathtaking view of Bangkok City from a floor to ceiling window. The room is so bright and gorgeous with minimalistic design giving the guest enough space to move around. For those who want privacy, you just pull the curtains over the windows and the room will be completely covered.

When it comes to cleanliness, the room was clean and being clean daily. The highlight of every room in this hotel is that almost everything is painted in white.
Working station
They gave me a deluxe room and it has a very comfortable king size bed with equally comfortable pillows. The room comes with complimentary wi-fi , a big flat screen TV equipped with satellite cable, mini bar, ipod/iphone dock station, safety box, and complimentary bottled water.

The room also includes buffet breakfast. The restaurant is located in the 2nd floor (Mistral restaurant) and open from 6:00 am to 10:30 am and offers a variety of dishes. There are various choices of dimsum, bread, salad, soup, bacon, ham, pasta, cereals, fruits, waffles and more.

All in all, I had a great stay in Pullman Hotel G and really enjoyed my room to the point that I don't want to get out. They also have a swimming pool on the 5th floor but I wasn't able to try it since the Digital Innovation Asia travel conference was a whole a day affair.
