This is stone carvings of Buddhist mantra inside the Tabo temple. The Buddhists believe that not just by chanting or rotating prayer wheel, one will also be blessed by simply seeing mantras in any form. I took this shot inside the temple in Tabo, a small town in the Lahoul and Spiti District in Himachal Pradesh, India.
The Tabo Chos-Khor Monastery or popularly known as Tabo Monastery is know for being an ancient heritage of the Buddhists, this Monastery was built in 996 AD.
